Keto Approved Kroger Shopping List

Keto Approved Kroger Shopping List Wide Thumbnail

Many Americans have a Kroger Grocery Store or one of the many Kroger family stores nearby, and this list helps make sense of some of the Keto Approved Grocery items that we have found. This is not meant to be an all-inclusive list, and we will add to it over time as we find more and more items to add to it. If there are some of your personal favorite keto items that we missed, please be sure to let us know in the comments below.

As a general rule, always read the Nutrition Label on anything that you purchase, even if it just appears to be something as simple as Yellow Mustard or Cashews. Even foods that we may think are safe to eat on Keto may actually contain oils, seasonings, and other additives (like corn starch) that are not Keto-friendly. I came across some plain Yellow Mustard when at the store that had flour and other unnecessary ingredients in it, so you never know unless you look first.

  3. What about Kroeger’s “Carbmaster” milk?

    1. Yes I’m curious about the carbsmart stuff too. They have yougurts and cottages cheeses too. Are they a good choice?

      1. They are fine for people who stick to eating just a generally Low-Carb diet, but most people who eat strict Keto fro therapeutic reasons will avoid them because of the artificial sweeteners used in them. It’s just up to how you personally choose to eat really.

  4. How about a shopping list for Safeway and Smart and Final?

    1. Good Idea 🙂 We have both of those here!

  5. My Kroger’s do not carry Lilly’s chocolate bars or Lilly’s chocolate chips! Also I’d love it if they would carry swerve and or Monkfruit sweeteners for baking!

    1. They don’t carry Swerve at mine, but my Kroger did briefly have the Lakanto Monkfruit, but then they sold out of it in about 2 days and haven’t gotten any back in since.

  6. These lists are great! Any plans to do one for Aldi?

  7. Walden’s Farm sells at Kroger. This brand is zero carbs and has chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, pancake syrup, and a bbq sauce. Is Walden’s Farm not a good choice?

  8. On your lists you mention canned salmon, do you have any recipes using canned salmon. I bought some but I have no idea how to cook with it.
